At RVGoParts.com, we want to make your RV parts-buying experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below are the key policies that help us deliver on that promise.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, don't throw anything away — please keep all the original packaging and get in touch with us right away. We’ll work with you to get a replacement shipped out as quickly as possible.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
We have no restocking fees for returns on all unused, undamaged parts for up to 90 days after your delivery date. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, we’ll cover the return shipping and get you the correct part ASAP.

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, no problem — we just ask that you cover the return shipping. As long as the part is unused and in sellable condition, we’ll issue a full refund for the product. Please note: Once a part has been installed, we cannot accept it back.

To start a return, please contact us first by phone or email to get a return authorization and an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Returns without an RGA can’t be accepted. Refunds are issued promptly after we receive and inspect the item(s). Once we process your refund, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Warranty coverage follows the original manufacturer's terms. Each brand may vary, so just reach out with your order number and we’ll help guide you through any warranty questions.

If your return is due to a damaged item and you need a replacement sent out right away, we’ll need a credit card on file. If the damaged item isn’t returned within 90 days, we reserve the right to charge the card for the replacement.

SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays) from our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST on in-stock items typically ship the same day.

Need something overnighted or expedited? We should have expedited shipping options for you at the checkout, but give us a call before you place your order and we’ll do our best to meet your timeline! 

Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will ship on the next regular business day.

Shipping Details:

We primarily ship via UPS to provide you with the best rates and reliability.

If you're shipping to a PO Box, please check that your post office accepts UPS packages. If they don’t, let us know and we can use USPS or another carrier upon request.

Local pickup is available! If you're in or passing through Grand Rapids, feel free to stop by. Just call ahead so we can have your order ready.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Orders with out-of-stock items will ship when all items are available — unless you request a partial shipments.

SALES TAX & IMPORT FEES
We collect sales tax in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Texas, and Wisconsin. If you are with a company that is tax-exempt, send your resale certificate to orders@rvgoparts.com, and we’ll set up your account accordingly.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, brokerage, or import fees imposed by the destination country at the border.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can check out securely on our website or call us to pay over the phone. We also accept digital wallet payments in our online checkout including PayPal and Venmo. 

Need to pay by wire transfer or EFT? No problem — contact us and we’ll provide the necessary details.

Please note: RVGoParts.com is not a registered RV dealer, but we sell the exact OEM parts used on coaches. We source our parts from authorized dealers and the original manufacturers who sell to the RV manufacturers. We do not sell used or aftermarket parts.
